As of January 2009, the DCF Secretariat is housed within the BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury/Sector for Coordination of International Economic Aid. The SCIA is responsible for coordinating the Forum’s quarterly meetings, carrying out the Donor Mapping Exercise and providing technical support to the Forum’s members.

This year, for the second time, the BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury/Sector for Coordination of International Economic Aid published the Donor Mapping Report, presenting the official development assistance (ODA) flows to BiH and developments in the aid effectiveness field. The Report covers the period from 2009-2010.

The official launch of the Donor Mapping Report 2009-2010 and the Implementing Sector Approaches in the Context of EU Enlargement: Challenges and Lessons learned from the Sarajevo Workshop - a “How to” Note, was organized in the Joint Institutions Building on Dec 15th 2010. This was an opportunity for distinguished guests, members of the Donor Coordination Forum, participating national government institutions, and SCIA partners to discuss developments in the area of aid effectiveness, as well as their future activities.
